Kodaiji temple is the ringal school of zen buddhism in Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto. It is the largest sub temple of keninji brach established by Nene in 1606 to pray for her late husband. Be prepared to spend around 1 hour walking around the garden. We took some time to stop and admire the weeping cherry blossom located in one of the tea house ground.
