We chose to stay @ Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay enroute to Tokyo Disneysea because of the overall experience we had during our previous stay. This trip, we got upgraded again to the executive floor (11th floor). What makes it special is the room number that was given to us.

You can read more about Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay in my previous post under the label "Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay" which includes direction how to get there.

Pic 14 : Directions to Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel

We move to Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay on the 5th night of out trip. Located at Tokyo Bay, this hotel is one of the tokyo disneyland official/partner hotel. Guests staying at an Official Hotel are guaranteed entrance to the Park even on days of high attendance when admission is restricted! Also, guest gets the privilledge to enter the park 1 hour earlier than the normal opening time. I found out that this is really useful as you can go for the popular rides first as it gets really packed ( I will post this in my day 6 post )

To get to the hotel, take the Disney Resort line from Resort Gateway station to Bayside station. From there, there is a shuttle van that picks up the guest to the hotel.

The lobby has a very modern design and they have a counter whereby you can purchase the tickets to the park. There is a also a disney shop at the hotel lobby where you can get the souvenir before you leave the hotel if you miss it the night before.
We arrived late and was ask it is okay for them to upgrade us to a family room. Little did we know that the hotel was design with penguins all over. We were so amaze when we arrive on the floor and notice that there is a small mouse hole/door and it can actually open. The family room is very spacious with 5 beds ( 2 double bed, 2 super single and 1 single bed ).The room we had was facing both Disneyland and Disneysea.

While I was hoping for a modern design we were laughing the whole night with the given room. Indeed, though tired, we have started to felt the excitement and the atmosphere of disneyland " where dreams come true ".
