We move to Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku on the 3rd night which located just around 5-10minute walk from Shinjuku station as we have opted to go for the 6.30am Odakyu romance car to Hakone Yumoto. We figured out that this will save us a good couple of minutes to get to the Odakyu station.
The hotel is quite nicely decorated close to most of the major shopping complex in Shinjuku. Room size is similar to Sunroute Higashi Shinjuku. In terms location, Shinjuku station is much more accessible to yamanote line, Oedo line, etc etc.
I would recomend this hotel if you need a value for money hotel to crash for a night before taking a long distance train.
