On Day 3, our plan was to cover only Tsukiji Fish Market and Ginza. As we plan to leave on a 6.30am Odakyu Romance train to Hakone the next day,we have decided to move to Sunroute Shinjuku Plaza which is nearer to the Shinjuku Station. Also we will need to move our big luggage to Hilton Shinjuku later that night to offload some of our unused items which is the hotel we will be staying on the last day.
Directions from Higashi Shinjuku to Tsukiji
After checking out from the Sunroute Higashi Shinjuku hotel and placing our luggage at with the conceige, we took the Oedo Line to Shinjuku change to the Manunouchi Metro Line to Ginza. From Ginza, we change to Hibiya line to Tsujiki.
Tsukiji Fish Market biggest wholesale fish and seafood market and also one of the largest wholesale food markets of any kind. However, unknowingly the market closes on Sundays and holidays. Otherwise the market would gave open for frozen tuna auction from ~5am.

We only found out that the market was close when we were there. However, we did not want to miss the opportunity to taste the fresh sushi so we selected Sushizanmai. With the Yokoso 2009, we were given a free complimentary sushi.

After walking around, we decided to head of to Ginza for Shopping. We too back the Hibiya Line from Tsukiji to Ginza. Ginza is one of the luxurious shopping district in the world and houses flagship stores such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, ,Coach, Burberry. One of the things that most tourist look for would be the limited design burberry blue label handbag design which can only be purchase in Japan.

Walk downwards towards the Gucci store direction. You will pass Hermes, Coach, Armani and Dior. Continue walking until you reach the junction of Mitsukoshi Department. Turn right and walk until the end. Burberry is located on 2nd last store on the right.
Along the way, we passed by Manneken Belgium Waffle and could not resist to try them out. We stopped by Le Cafe Doutor ( at the junction of Mitsukoshi Department ) for a cup of coffee which cost 380 yen.
